Refund Policy

100% MONEY-BACK POLICY:

100% refund will be issued on candidate’s (customer’s) request through his/her the registered email under the following terms:

  • The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of a dispute.
  • The candidate must have attended at least one training session before requesting 100% money back.
  • Refund request within 1 months of registration of a course, after which, No-refund would be provided.
  • The money-back-guarantee scheme is not applicable if the candidate has accessed more than 30% of study material or training sessions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ON ALL MODES OF TRAINING:

PValue Solutions, reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training event or change the trainer/instructor, location of training because of insufficient enrollments, trainer/ instructor availability due to personal exceptions or force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, Storms, Country Political Situations, etc.

PVALUE SOLUTIONS CANCELS TRAINING

  • The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of a dispute.
  • A 100% refund will be paid to the delegate

DUPLICATE PAYMENT REFUND:

  • The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of dispute
  • A refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed only after requested by the delegates with payment proof.
  • The refund is processed 5 to 7 working days post intimation by the Delegate.
